Working Principle

The external mechanical force transmission elements (such as screws, buttons, levers, pulleys, etc.) apply force to the reed. This produces a momentary action when the force reaches the critical point. Consequently, the moving contact quickly engages or disengages with the fixed contact spring at the end of the work point.When the force from the actuator components is removed, the working reed produces a reverse force to the reverse motion transmission element. The action reaches a critical point, and an immediate reverse action is taken.
