Order Cancellation & Return Policy
1. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
According to O.U.G. no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without penalties and without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Etyra Technology S.R.L. in writing (via email) before the period expires. Following notification, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days.
2. Return Conditions & Integrity
Due to the technical nature of our products (electronic components, sensors, modules):
- Products must be in their original condition and original packaging.
- IMPORTANT: Returns are NOT accepted for products that have been soldered, powered up, modified, or integrated into circuits.
- Any signs of physical damage, electrical misuse, or static discharge damage will void the return eligibility.
- Returns sent without prior written notification may be refused.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
In accordance with our commercial policy:
- A fixed return shipping and handling fee of 15 RON applies to all standard returns. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
- The initial outbound transportation costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products (see Section 6).
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after our technical team inspects the returned components for electrical and physical integrity.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the IBAN account provided by the consumer.
5. Refusal of Delivery (COD Orders)
Unjustified refusal of a Cash on Delivery shipment is considered a unilateral breach of contract. Etyra Technology S.R.L. reserves the right to:
- Recover the round-trip transportation costs incurred.
- Restrict "Cash on Delivery" as a payment option for future orders for customers with repeated refusals.
6. Exceptions – Defective or Non-Conforming Products (DOA)
If a product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or non-conforming, the 15 RON fee does not apply. All replacement or return costs will be covered by Etyra Technology S.R.L., provided the defect is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
