1. How We Ship
All products are sealed and carefully packaged. Every electronic component is visually inspected before dispatch. All stock is held in our logistics center in Bucharest, Romania.

Shipping Costs
- Domestic: Starts at 11.96 RON. Exact fee is shown at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Orders over 200 RON (Romania only).
2. Return & Refund Policy
According to EU consumer protection laws (O.U.G. 34/2014), you may return products within 14 calendar days of delivery.
IMPORTANT FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS:
- Returns are only accepted for products in original, unopened condition.
- We DO NOT accept returns for items that have been soldered, powered up, or modified.
- Return Fee: A fixed fee of 15 RON will be deducted from the refund for standard returns.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): Must be reported within 48 hours for a free replacement/refund.
