The IRFU120 is a 100V, 7.7A N-channel enhancement mode silicon gate power field effect transistor. These advanced power MOSFETs are designed, tested, and guaranteed to withstand specific energy levels and are ideal for high-speed and low-gate drive power applications such as switching regulators, switching converters, motor drivers, relay drivers, and high-power bipolar switching transistor drivers. They can be driven directly from integrated circuits.
